I originally ordered a 'small', but due to excellent customer services I was notified that 'small' is really only for people that are below five feet, so through an e-mail I changed my order, and it was shipped right away. I live in the United States, and it arrived within a few days. I got them for my girlfriend, and she says they are great and very comfy. She wears them all the time and she loves them. I would highly recommend this product, and I'm impressed by the great costumer service.
